Excellent food and great service. Sydney took great care of us and showed us a good time.

Four of us ate dinner here this past week and the fresh Maine lobster special was a hit! Friends also enjoyed their filets. All of us were very happy with our meals and the waitress was very attentive and pleasant.

Stayed at Palm Beach Shores. Went through their sales presentation so got $150 in restaurant voucher. ( cost us $20). We have 2 very good meals. 3rd meal was lobster which was a disappointment. It was very chewy and not sweet. It was taken off bill. Had the salmon which was very good. Kelly was a great server and very friendly. Music each night good. We ate outside though so was difficult to hear it. It competed w the pool music. Definitely nice place w good food and music

First of all ask for Kelly, she is a great server and took fantastic care of us. Made great recommendations, Avocado Mahi was great. Atmosphere was nice, wish we could of stayed for music but had an early day and tired.

After a stressful drive it was a delight to have a drink a great tasting pizza, red sauce hawaiian. Live music with a group that performed Motown tunes!

We ordered the Prime Rib meal for our Thanksgiving Dinner and ate it in our unit. Excellent food! The portions were large so we had leftovers the next day.

Food not bad not expensive.but I got to tell you the entertainment was marvelous. Gregg jJackson and Troy mcrae...brother of George mcrae.remember rock you baby...they played nonstop 3 plus hours.lot of motown greats mixed with other types of music.The quality of their voices and harmonies are as good as any major artist...you get to hear these guys great audience interaction too...A must visit.on a sunday nite..followed by a romantic walk out on to the beach..just perfect. The 5 stars all belong to some fine fine musicians..thank you for a wonderful evening..

We had breakfast here every morning during our stay and also ordered lunch by the pool and had dinner there one night as well. Every meal was delicious and Alma was the best breakfast server! She greeted us with a smile every day.

Beware of the resort fee of 18% that is tacked on to the bill and this does not include tip. When I asked, the answer was "this is a resort". Not a good answer.

Had a decent dinner for a decent price at Islander. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Elvis impersonator was singing inside. A bit dated.

Came in to watch football game and bar was full! We almost left and Sydney, the bartender was so sweet and made room for us! She is such a pleasure and made sure we had a cold beer in front of us all night!!

We travel all over the US and we spent this last weekend at Palm Beach Shores Resort in Riviera Breach, FL. I would like to thank the resort staff and especially the Tiki Bar bartender Cydney - she is a gem, she rocks!!!! Super friendly and attentive...hard to find these days.

Marco has been an outstanding host serving us lunch and dinner for the whole week. The food was outstanding- especially the calamari, the salmon, and calzone.

We just stayed here over the weekend & will be here until tomorrow. I have to admit upfront that I'm extremely particular when it comes to quality of food, service & cleanliness & the Islander Grill exceeded my expectations. What immediately impressed me is how thoroughly the staff comply with Covid guidelines from the moment we walked in until the end of our meal. The restaurant is impressively clean & staff is very professional, friendly & helpful. The staff members wear masks, & were continuously disinfecting the menus and dining surfaces. The owner happened to be there when I stopped by the next day to inquire about the sanitization product they use and he took the time to show me the product used and how I could order some for my home as well. I also have allergies and the natural air sanitizers were strategically placed throughout which made the air very clean & fresh with no added scents. There is also a nice area for outside dining. We had the Grilled Salmon over pan seared vegetables & the Tuna Ponzu (I had my sauce on the side), both dishes were excellent. The salmon was moist & flavorful & the tuna was perfectly seared. We're looking forward to going there again this evening and trying some other menu items.

Hidden in a hotel this was a nice find. You do have to pay $5 to park to eat in the restaurant, but we parked at the outdoor mall and walked over. We had the chips and salsa, a drink, and a turkey sandwich. The amount of food was good - we had enough for the next day. I would recommend this place for dinner. The birds they have on the property was a little annoying but not too bad.

This Bar and Grill is absolutely amazing!The waitstaff and atmosphere are excellent, and the food is delicious! I loved every meal I ate here while staying at this resort and had an absolute blast!

Nice beach, the Tiki bar can really mix it up. The bar overlooks the pool and is next to the dining room.

We had a fabulous dinner and make this restaurant our regular dining experience of choice. We eat here multiple times a week and every time gets better. Marco B was excellent in ensuring we had a table close to the music and frequently checked in on our group. The service and food was very good and we enjoyed the live music very much. The prime rib and coconut shrimp were excellent.

What a fun place. Great Tiki hut with delicious cocktails. The food was excellent. From fish and chips to maine lobster tails. Best mussels in the area. This place has something for everyone. Marco the manager is superb. He truly wants all his customers to be happy.

We had a quick late night bite here after our arrival. Very good COVID precautions and the food was good. We also enjoyed a pina colada at the tiki bar during our stay.

Excellent food and service. Prices are very reasonable and the menu has something for everyone. Wife had a crusted sea bass that was delicious and my seafood fra diavolo excellent too. Our server, Jasmine, was very attentive and made our visit a pleasure.

Ordered the twin lobster tails. Perfectly grilled with creamy sour cream mashed potatoes and crunchy veggies. Well worth it and the best view in town. Great experience without the worry of covid enjoyed on our balcony.

My wife and I are staying here in the resort and decided to try the Islander Grill the last night we were here. We wish we would have visited earlier in the week so we could have come another time too. This restaurant is excellent. Food is a bit better than average, but the live music was fantastic and the service was right on point. Ed was our server and he made good recommendations, always had our waters filled and was all around kind and professional. I got the Ribeye Milanese and was super impressed. My wife got a pizza with a lot of different cheeses on it (can't remember the name) and it was better than average, mainly because of the fabulous crust.

We always enjoy the tiki bar and pool.

Amidst the struggle with Corona virus, I can say as a retired nurse that the staff were doing a wonderful job. The food is great and the live entertainment has resumed. The island surf and turf was awesome. The chef cooked our filets superbly, so tender and done perfectly as ordered. The lobster was perfect, not tough, grilled veggies were great. We've eaten there many times and never been disapointed.

We ate here multiple times on our vacation. The service and food is excellent. The place is very clean and cute! One night we brought our fresh fish to them for dinner and they prepared it for us with sides! I wish we would have taken a picture of the food presentation! It tasted as good as it looked!!! We love this place, the owner, and the staff!!!!! Thank you for feeding us so well!!!!

We stayed at Marriott's Ocean Pointe and came across the Islander for drinks one night. This place has a great wine, beer, and spirits menu with a generous pour and a decent price. We enjoyed our service so much we decided to eat dinner there the next night and WOW! We caught fish on our deep sea fishing trip and Nico and his staff marinated the fish and cooked it FIVE different ways for us. We are not what we would call "fish people" and we all loved it, even our 15,16,17 year old boys. I didn't have as much luck with my 18 year old to try it but he missed out. I cannot express adequately in words how much we enjoyed Nico, his staff and their food. We also ordered three pizzas and again, WOW! This is definitely a must if you are in the area. Thank you to Nico and team. Well done. Thank you for taking such good care of us (it was our first experience with "catch and cook") and we cannot wait to do it again.

Having tried many restaurants in the area, we found the prices reasonable and we're amazed at the quality of food. Even brought in own fish and the chef prepared it perfectly. Grouper sandwich, island chicken, fish tacos, and breakfast.

I like this restaurant! They offer decent dishes, their menu is varied, The chef in that spot is an expert, I like very much trying all their food. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the clients is agreeable. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was unhappy. Highly recommended.

Live music keeps the place lively and energetic. And the food complimented the entertainment just as well.

Going back year after year for baseball spring training, we feel at home when we return to the Islander Grill. Marco and Larry have been part of the staff for as long as I can remember, and we love being at Palm Beach Shores because of them. Jose, Eda, Rebecca, and Tammy always make us feel special. We enjoy seeing Leon from the kitchen many mornings. We missed all of them as soon as we left. Breakfast is our favorite meal, and during our two week-stay, we dined at the Islander each day for it . The weather was warmer the first week, so we enjoyed sitting outdoors then. The slow-cooked prime rib is one of our favorite dinners, and we found it was excellent as always. We had lunch one day, and I discovered a very delicious club sandwich that I plan to order again when we return. We will count the days to next year's spring training and look forward to seeing the smiling faces of our staff friends.

Me and my son had a wonderful dinner today. Our waitress was a true blessing. Very friendly place and clean,clean,clean!

We started with The Fresh Wedge Salad - Iceberg Lettuce, Tomatoes, Bacon, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Blue Cheese Dressing, and a Balsamic Glaze. We were sharing it, and they were great in splitting across 2 plates for us. The salad was great. We had ordered a Large Meatlovers Pizza - Pepperoni, Sausage, Bacon, Meatballs and as it was finally being delivered, our server intervened because it was actually a Small. He was very perturbed that the order had been messed up and ran back to the kitchen to have it corrected, but it had already been a long time and we were hungry. Fortunately our server realized that and showed up with the Small pizza, so we had something to eat. It was excellent. Just as we finished the Small pizza, the Large pizza arrived, and we were full. We boxed it up and took it back to the room with us. Our server was awesome! He really made the situation right!

Food was excellent! I had a coconut crusted grouper & my husband had a great cheeseburger. They have entertainment every night! That was great also!

This is a quaint little spot inside of a hotel. It's not great but it's not bad either. If you aren't staying at the hotel I wouldn't suggest that you go out of your way to have a meal here. The staff is nice and the food is simple. Not bad but you won't be impressed if you have extremely high standards.

Our first day in Palm Beach we went to the Islander Grill and had a very nice dinner. Although we did not have reservations (they are required on weekends) the hostess was kind enough to seat us. I had the Eggplant with Shrimp and it was just fabulous. They had a great band playing and there was an area for people to dance. Service was great, food was good, atmosphere friendly and fun. We topped the dinner off with the special of the night dessert..Salted Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake. And it was delicious.

Had the nightly special of coconut crusted snapper with salad, rolls & vegetables included. Hubby had chicken sandwich w/brie and declared it fantastic! Outside & inside seating. Clientele seem to be mostly older people which was perfect for us, nice & calm!! Very large menu with all types of food, had a hard time deciding what to get! Will probably go back tonight!! Give it a try!!

Stayed at the associated attached hotel all week. Are here for lunch and had the grilled mahi mahi with rice and beans. A good size portion for the price others would have charged more. It was good and my wife liked it too but the spot. They have TVs and some sports on and had bucket of 4 craft beers for $16 and domestic for $14 mix and match. Would not have thought of this as a destination restaurant. Fun for people watching at the bar... Better menu selection than I would have thought and fair prices. Many daily specials.

We were staying at the resort and ate there the first night because it was convenient. Pleasantly surprised by the good food. Service was a bit slow. Had two seafood pasta dishes which were very good. The fresh baked rolls are excellent.

Casual, average food, good service with entertainment every night. We went last night, Tuesday. The entertainment was a 16 year old Elvis impersonator and singer. A talented young man who did a great job of entertaining a packed restaurant for almost three hours.

Again and again it's like coming to a family wedding. Always a great time. Matt Stone the 16 year old Elvis impersonator is out of this world. You're going to love him on Tuesday night's.

We arrived without reservations (all 7 of us) and the hostess and another employee told us we would have to wait 20 minutes at least. A moment later Marco shows up and asks if we need help. We told him we would have a while to wait, but being the Superstar he is, said give him a minute and 2 minutes later he was able to accommodate us finding a table and bringing water and cocktails. He has a charming Italian accent and a smile that lights up the room with a likable personality to match. He took our dinner order and was continuously helping other servers , cleaning tables and answering the phone, even dancing with the ladies. We love Marco and definitely will be back! : )

Nice restaurant with a different special every night. There is also live entertainment. Prime rib special $21.95. Good quality piece of meat well cooked.

Best place of the evening

My husband and I returned for another New Year's week at the Palm Beach Shores, and one of our favorite things about this place is the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar. Our wedding anniversary is also New Year's Eve, so it's a special time for us. Marco and his staff host a wonderful New Year's Eve celebration ~ the food is terrific (surf & turf was perfect) and the entertainment is totally awesome (Larry Johnson & the Essence of Motown are terrific!) But it's not just New Year's Eve when everything is good ~ every day and every night at the Islander is great. The food, the staff (especially Marco, Jose, Lisa, Fency, and Brian), the entertainment, the atmosphere, the service ~ it's all wonderful and everyone goes out of their way to make us comfortable, happy, and having fun. Thank you to Marco and everyone a the Islander for everything. Also, Carol Ann and Sierra (activities/concierge ladies) are always helpful and friendly. And "Dee" (the lady in the gift shop) and Ray (in the pool towel booth) are also friendly and helpful. As you can tell, we love Palm Beach Shores and everyone and everything there!

I've never had a bad meal here. Food is excellent, love the tuna wrap! Wolfie is a great bar-keep. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had the most amazing time. Marco and Joel made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was amazing. The entertainer, a 16 year old performing renditions of Elvis, was perfect. Sydney, the bartender at the Tiki Bar, made the best drinks! Such a great time. We cannot wait to go back.

If you are in the mood for Lobster, we caught a Sunday Lobster night special $26.95 for 1.5 lbs. each. A must do! Ask them to clean out the tomalley (green guts) and it is steamed to perfection. Includes sides. Ask for Lacey (server)...she is adorable and made our outdoor seating so much fun (quieter than the live band inside for an older crowd...they were having a blast too!). You will not be disappointed.

About 30 people descended on the Islander Grill for my 75 Birthday Party. The entertainment was by Philippe and Bobbi Harari. The are there every Thursday night in season! Outstanding and fun music....The service by Lacie was terrific ....Ask for her !!! And the owner (Nicco) was very accommodating.

Great food!

We were a group of four who had dinner here twice and the food was very fresh and well served both times. Members of the group had the special which one night was Surf & Turf, and it was delicious and well priced. The "throw back" reference is to the fact that there was a live performer each night, active floor and fun.

The Tiki Bar is so much fun with Lisa, Joseph and the rest of the great staff. They are all so committed to their jobs and making sure all who visit have a great experience. We appreciate their smiles each and every day. The menu is varied and delicious, and we find it difficult to go anywhere else to eat.

We come every year and eat almost every meal there. It is that good and decent prices. You cannot beat the service there either.

The Islander Grill and Tiki Bar are the perfect combination of food and fun. The restaurant has a full menu and is wonderful. The poolside Tiki bar is always a good time. The Margaritas and Nachos are my personal favorite.

We dined at the islander fri evening with friends, three of us. We had the pleasure of Lacey being our server. She was friendly, welcoming & a clearly experienced server. She helped us with menu suggestions & was spot on with her wine service. We were there to enjoy a final night out on our vacation & Lacey paced our dinner perfectly, we never felt rushed, were free to enjoy the delicious food. I recommend the lobster bisque soup as well as the pork tenderloin, cooked just right. The chocolate mousse cake was amazing. I would recommend asking for Lacey every time, we could not have been more pleased with our evening at the islander! We found the prices quite reasonable as well.

As usual, had a great meal last night. This restaurant has the best consistent food on Singer Island. Our server Lacy was terrific. Helpful and efficient.

Had Lacie D. for 5 of our 7 nightly dinners. She was VERY personable and attentive to all of our needs, including remembering our nightly preferences! She was Great! Also to mention servers Jose L. for breakfasts and lunches, and Edlira L. for breakfasts. Both were also very friendly and attentive. Nightly entertainment was great as well as daytime poolside entertainment. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This restaurant is quite good for dinners-totally convenient because it is in-house. The dinners were nicely prepared-services good. Breakfast omelets were a bit overdone- Live music and dancing certainly add to the pleasures of this restaurant.

The best part of our trip was the Tiki Bar! We were there the week after Dorian, it was windy and rough surf all week. When we hung out at the pool or Tiki Bar there was Lisa with a smile on her face and a great attitude! She took care of everyone as if they were family! Food was good, but Lisa was awesome!

We just spent a week at the Palm Beach Shores Resort and the highlight of our week, starting with day 1, was Lisa, the bartender at the Tiki Bar. She greeted us with a smile and met our every need. Her clever repartee kept us on our toes all week! Lisa was absolutely charming and will be the reason we return!!!!

Lisa Meagher waitress/bartender at the outdoor Islander Tiki Bar is amazing! One of the friendliness & efficient employees of the Islander. Lisa always greets you with a smile. We have been visiting the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar for many years and love the people, atmosphere and food. We love the Mahi sandwich. Visiting from Chicago we always feel at home.

Singer Island have a really nice Tiki bar.. Islander grill and Tiki bar, but it wouldnt be that great without Lisa that works as a bartender in the Tiki bar, she have full control and givs you great service in the bar and around the pool, i think she is the best bartender in the US, its always fun too visit the bar when she works.. just returned from our fourth vacation at palm beach shores. What a great place, the islander restaurant and tiki bar is great. Lisa at the tiki bar is great, always upbeat and helpful. Weather behind the bar or serving she is the best. the indoor bar with wolfie is also good. beautiful pool and surroundings.

This restaurant was inside our hotel. It was wonderful. The food was excellent and so was the service. We love the fact that they had live music every night. They also serve breakfast and lunch both inside as well as outside by the pool. The one day that we stayed on the beach, a person even came and took our order on the beach. It is a great restaurant for both families and couples.

We stayed at Palm Beach Shores and this was their restaurant in the resort. We ate there several evenings. The steak was perfect and my favorite! The ribs were just like I like them and more than enough! The pizza was very good also! Loved the chocolate peanut butter desert!! Delish!! Absolutely fabulous meal served by a fantastic hostess. Sad we left it until our last night to try the food there!!! We had the twin lobster, beef burger, chicken pasta and grouper sandwich. None of us were even remotely disappointed. Would def recommend!

Wow! What a beautiful, poolside tiki restaurant and lounge. My husband ans I had a small wedding reception there. 30 people. Everyone was so friendly and informative. The owner was friendly and professional. The caterer was so sweet. She was thorough and up front. We worked out a package based on our own tastes and budget. Great private party area. We were allowed to decorate. The band was involved and accommodating to our needs for songs/use of mic. Our meal went smoothly. Servers were great. Food is always amazing when we go. Poolside is beautiful. Tiki exotic feel. Stop by and see for yourself!

I have had dinner here several times this week and I must say the service is amazing and the food is beyond amazing!!! Each dish is prepared exquisitely!! The Veal, Steak, Lobster to name a few were delicious!! Make sure you try the pizza as well! I am definitely coming back to this resort. BTW I am a traveler with pretty high expectations. We are back at our favourite resort and received our welcome drink in the Islander bar. It always feels like"coming home" when we return here. The meals at the Islander Grill are enjoyable always especially the featured specials of the day. The Grouper is a taste of Caribbean life - can't wait for Tuesday!

If you're staying at the resort especially this is a great addition. Even though the food is average, the service is wonderful and there's entertainment every night. There's a circular bar outside by the pool and they are quite accommodating. There is also service from them if you decide to stay at the beach. A tremendous shout out to Wolfy. He was so good to us. And also to Carl who was very quick and attentive out on the beach.

Went on Friday for the lobster special. Food was great and Lacie was an amazing server. Ask for her when you go!!

Great food and music at the Islander Reasturant

This place was highly recommended bu friends and the Marriott. We have mixed emotions for this place. First, the entertainment was fun and solid. People were dancing and having fun. I had the lobster special, my son had fish and my wife had a pasta dish which all were good. The problem was service with our waitress. She would be gone for long stretches of time. We got our own drinks from the bar after being seated. The positive is there were a couple of men that started going around checking on people and once this occurred our service got better.

My breakfast here was wonderful. The omlet was delicious. And the staff was very curitious.

We ate most of our meals at the restaurant. The staff are great! The food is better than average. The daily specials are pretty good, sometimes a bit simple. The atmosphere is fun and light and the live entertainment is diverse and fun. The drinks are generous and the sandwiches were made with care. So, if you don't have plans outside the resort, it a decent plan B.

The restaurant has entertainment each nite and it is top notch. This is where the locals come to dance, eat, and have a good time. we enjoyed a different type of music each night. The food has always been great and the homemade rolls are out of the world. Our server Marco always makes us feel welcome and provides personalized service. This is a fun place to dine!!

Tiki Bar and Grill has great food and drinks. We caught fish for several days on the charter and they cooked it for us for $10 a person. Food is well serviced and staff is also very polite and quick. When we spent the day on the beach, Carl was of amazing service to me and my friends. Very friendly and works hard in this heat! If you come, definitely take advantage of their you catch it we cook it and when you hit the beach definitely ask for Carl!

They offer a nightly special, plus a complete menu. I had the pork tenderloin and my wife had grilled tuna. Both were well prepared and came with a generous portion of vegetables. Live music is a regular event. They accept reservations, but there was plenty of room for walk ins.

As it was our second vacation here, we were familiar with the Tiki Bar and Islander Grill indoors. We enjoyed more meals this time at the Islander Grill than last because they offered such a nice variety of nightly specials with a mixture of entertainment throughout the week (Motown entertainment on Wednesday night is a must see). My husband had the lobster special and he went away extremely satisfied--and he is quite fussy. On the nights we wanted to eat lighter, we loved the Islander's pizza and turkey club sandwich at the Tiki Bar (they also have a wide variety of food you can order). All staff we encountered both inside and outside are very pleasant! Lisa's bubbling personality in the Tiki Bar is so infectious you don't want to leave. Last vacation we ventured off-site a bit more for meals but after experiencing the Islander Grill and Tiki Bar, we made both of these our main places for meals during our week at Palm Beach Shores Resort this time. We hope to be back next year!

We ate here a few times while staying at the resort. The food was very good. Shawnice was our first waitress and she was absolutely awesome. We had an older guy two other times and he was great. We had a manager once and lady with a Russian accent that were just OK. Not very attentive.

I adore the ambiance, the amazing Chef and staff! The bar is hip with multi-video screens throughout and a beautiful poolside Tiki Bar, enormous pools and the calm cool waters of the Atlantic Ocean all in one place! Just add Jeff Bryer Live Jeffrey Bryer and you've get everything you could ask for! Stay for weeks, months or years at a time! You'll never want to leave!

My family and I have been going to the Islander Grill and Tiki bar every year for the past 7 years and it is always such a great time. The restaurant has amazing food, the pool is great, and the topper is the Tiki bar. But what really brings us back each year is the outstanding staff, especially Lisa Meagher, who is always so friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this resort!!

My wife and I stayed at the Palm Beach Shores last week and decided to check out the Islander Grill and Tiki Bar for a cheese burger. Locals claim that the Brass Ring Pub has the best burgers around and we have eaten there before but in our opinion the Islander Grill and Tiki Bar which has a much better atmosphere topped the pub when it came to their burgers. Check it out if you are on Singer Island.

We read that Thursday night was all you can eat Rib night and was looking forward to that for dinner. We arrived at 7:15 hoping that they did not run out of ribs but alas it was too late. Our serving informed us that although they still had ribs they needed to save them for those dinners who had already ordered ribs so that they could get seconds(totally understand).So I ordered the special for night, 3 double rib lamb chops with potatoes and veggies. OMG they were some of the BEST lamb chops I ever had. Thank you Chef Eric ! The entertainment for the evening were Valerie & Stan***** They were great ! We stayed and listened to them until they were finished for the night. Thank you for The Eagles song and playing " Perfect". Dinner and a show on Singer Island, Wow

One can find music to dance to 7 nights a week here, the only place I know of in Palm Beach County. With no cover, air conditioning and reasonably priced food and drinks, we love it!

We have eaten here many times over the years for lunch, dinner and room service, while staying at its host resort. The menu offers a really nice variety. The food has been consistently delicious and the service quite good. We enjoy being able to sit inside if we want air conditioning or a roof covered outside near the pool. Most afternoons there is live music also by the pool and evenings have inside entertainment. The variety gives us lots of options and experiences during our week long stays.

Heard foid good at resturant but we stopped tiki bar for drink n quick sandwich thought the tiki would provide view of ocean but not it is a little jaunt down the boardwalk. But nice at tiki bar the steakburger was EXCELLENT tip is included the bartender was nice but ... Live guitar music and atmosphere nice.

We loved this place, the food and the staff. Vegetarian options are limited but the eggplant appetizer without shrimp was one of the best dishes I have ever tasted. Ever! We were on a hunt for a carrot cake that rivalled our current favourite at Costco's (believe it or not). There's did! The enticing subtle blend of spices, layers of cake and icing and served in a cute round shape - extraordinary. Would have received 5 __ but the decor could use an update, or refresh as it is a bit stark, could be cosier.

Every single day there is a special cocktail. You are treated as special guests , great attention by the staff whether sitting by the tiki hut bar ,or lounging by the pool. The menu has great variety of items , our personal favorite is the Bangkok wings , not to be missed. We have been coming down for nearly 10 years , and much of our enjoyment is from the lovely cocktail waitress/bartender Lisa , she is one of a kind ,treats every one as a special friend . We love this spot on Singer Island Beach .

We arrived on Singer Island and we were looking for a restaurant nearby that had good food. The Islander was recommended by the concierge at our hotel. We arrived without reservations and we were immediately seated. The restaurant is quite large but mainly empty because it was off season. Our waitress Lacie was pleasant and efficient. She made us feel very comfortable. The food was good but the service was better. I ordered the avocado mahi-mahi which was thin and very dry. I had to use the avocado spread to moisten the fish. A highlight of the night was a singer by the name of Johnny T. He was a good singer and entertained us with oldies songs. We also met his wife who accompanies him to his gigs. All in all it was a good first night

They had entertainment each night. Each night they offer a special, lobster night, all you car eat ribs, surf and turf night, snapper night etc. They had a signature glass that you can get a dollar off refills. Food was very good and servings were huge. We always had leftovers to take to the room. The white russian dessert is delicious. They have inside and outside dining. Some of the more popular nights you need to make reservations. Food was presented well and piping hot. They also have a dance floor which a few people did dance.

We spent five days in West Palm and visited this restaurant twice. A beautiful, lively restaurant with great service. One night we dined outside watching the sunset, which was awesome. The guitar player on the deck outside played great music. The food was okay. The atmosphere was great.

We were staying at the resort and the restaurant is a very important part of it...open to both resort guests and the public, it offers outside dining and a Tiki Bar as well as inside bar and seating. Live Entertainment every evening...and good entertainment too. The food is great, service is great and the certainly 'family friendly' both from seating as well as 'affordable'. Palm Beach Shores is our home timeshare location and we spend a week there almost every year. While we tend to always eat at the tiki bar, we can tell you that the food we order is the best ! Our favorite food year after year is Bangkok Wings and this year we tried the Fried Cauliflower - both were delicious. While we love the food, we love our service/bar tender Lisa Meager even more. We try to sneak past her every year but to our delight, she is very observant and finds us ! Lisa is the best - she's like family. She gets our food and drink order right every time and has such a great personality that makes you feel special ! We also love Amanda but only get to see her once while we were there ! You won't be disappointed with the atmosphere & the food at the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar

We had a reservation for 7:30pm for a group of 14. Unfortunately the lobster was sold out. We ordered from the menu and everyone enjoyed their food. The staff and service were great. Marco the manager always is friendly and has a very charming personality. We will be back.

There is a good variety and entertainment here each evening. Specials such as Lobste,seafood (Grouper and Snapper) and the Surf and Turf are good value for money. The entertainment most evenings is very good. Service is good as well. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evening are very busy so I recommend that you make reservations. The Pizza is also very good.

Went for dinner for the first time this evening. Pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience. Service was excellent, food was tasty. Many having the Frida night Maine lobster special which is a great deal. Large menu, we opted for a pasta dish with filet mignonette and shrimp which was sooo good and the Surf and turf. No complaints. I would highly recommend and they take reservations which is a plus.

Great place with good food but is a pool side hotel resturaunt not a tiki overlooking the ocean. I didnt stay at the hotel but it is a beautiful place. I would stay here without a doubt and will in the future.

Saw John, Rachel and Joe sing. They put on a great show, nice voices. I also had Josh Wine, which is always nice to see on a wine menu. Started with a Garden Salad with balsamic dressing and for dinner, had the Grouper with Haricot Vert and various vegetables, which a buerre blanc sauce. Very good. Never had Grouper but my server said it was delicious so I took her for her word. She was right, delicious. Will be back when I'm back in WPB visiting family.

My wife Kathleen and I are down from New Jersey and wanted to give the lobster a try. The lobster was outstanding but even better than the lobster was the outstanding service by Lacie!!! And the ambiance is old Florida. Don't change a thing.

Hostess on March 31st, from Michigan exceptional. Took our order and served us when they were short staffed. We love the music the pizza is excellent, and we are picky eaters. The beef tips were great and our kids loved the shrimp appetizer, shrimp tempura.

My husband and I visited this place a couple weeks ago. It was a cute place with good food. Lacie helped our table and was very pleasant. She was super friendly and helpful. It made for a great experience. We would definitely go back.

Incredible food and atmosphere

We always plan to hit the Islander during a stay in West Palm Beach especially for their Friday night Maine Lobster special at $24.95. The service is attentive and good. There is usually live entertainment and the dance floor can become crowded. Skip dessert as they are purchased from a service and are hum drum. It's a relaxed atmosphere where you can eat and have a good time. And I danced with my grand daughter for her birthday. The down-side is that the baked potato is microwaved and awful. The upside is valet parking is free.

We visited the Islander Grill in Sunday night March 24th. There were 13 in our group, including 2 children under the age of 10. The service, the food and the atmosphere were all outstanding. Will definitely go there again next year when we're in West Palm Beach for spring training. Highly recommend this place. Music was great too. We all got up at different times and danced! Fun night!

Casual atmosphere, great service, great food, live entertainment. What more can you ask for. This was a great experience. We tried their pizza one night and a fish entre the second time.

Breakfast at the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar is something we look forward to every year. This year was especially nice because the weather was a perfect temperature every day for two weeks. Besides the delicious food, we look forward to enjoying Eda's sweet smile, Jose's efficient service, and Rebecca's vivacious personality. In addition, the scenery is lovely, and there is a bright blue and red parrot as well as small birds and pigeons seeking wayward crumbs. Unlike the evening meals, there are no long lines and crowds early in the morning. At night, it is best to make reservations. Monday nights feature the slow-cooked prime rib that is really delicious. Fridays, guests savor the amazing 1 1/2 pound lobsters flown in from Maine for the event. On Saturday nights, the lobster tails served with filet mignon are a real treat! Besides dining, every night features dancing to a different live music group. This year, the indoor dining areas were super busy every night. Larry and Marco are both amazing and keep everything going smoothly. We especially look forward to seeing them every year when we stand at Palm Beach Shores Resort on Singer Island in West Palm Beach.

We stayed at this resort and ate several breakfasts, one lunch and a dinner here and found the food to be consistently good and an excellent value compared to other restaurants in the area. We couldn't have been more pleased.

We have been owners here for 17 yrs. And we love it. Been coming back every year. Great atmosphere and wonderfull people. The only thing lacking is a safety bar in the shower. Could use one even when our Little ones visit. Otherwise, everything is tip top.

Fun atmosphere, music and dancing combined with a great price on Maine Lobster, 1 1/2 lbs for $24.95. This little jewel is in the rear of the Palm Beach Shores Resort, but no need to worry about parking as they had wonderful (and free) valet service for diners. I would've given this 5 stars, but even though the music was fun, it was a bit too loud for me to enjoy conversation with my group.

Wednesday night is Motown music which was great. They have music every night so you can go when the music suits you. Our waiter Marcos was wonderful even though the restaurant was packed. You need reservations on Wednesday for sure. Eaten there many times always happy with the food.

We stayed at the Palm Beach Shores Resort for 2 weeks. The Islander Grill & Tiki Bar is located at the resort. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is really good and the service is great. The breakfasts offered are delicious and very reasonably priced. You can dine in, outside or even poolside at the Tiki Bar. We enjoyed the music in the dining room in the evenings. They had different entertainers every evening. So nice and at no extra charge. We ordered pizza at least 3 times while we were there...their pizza is delicious!

This restaurant is really good the ambiance, the service is Excellent, the only reason why i did not give it 5 stars is because i ordered the fried fish and fries and the batter and the fish did not have any flavor (no seasoning not even salt and pepper). But other than that the fries were awesome and the wings were awesome. Would recommend this restaurant just don't get the fried fish.

Stopped by for drinks after dinner one night in December 2018. A little tough to find (it's next to the pool behind the hotel). There's valet parking, pull under the hotel balcony like you're going to the hotel for valet. Once inside, turn right and go down a long hallway, the Tiki bar is outside the glass doors on the left.

Excellent prime rib dinner

The food was great but the best part of being at the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar was the entertainment. The guests loved the live entertainers who in turn loved singing 60's rock and roll music.

Impeccable service. Husband enjoyed surf and turf. I thought avocado mahi was great. Prices comparable to other restaurants in area.

There were 6 of us in our party last night. We did not have a reservation and the hostess told told us they were booked. Disappointed we turned to leave when Marco, who seems to always be running around the place doing a hundred things at once, asked us how we were doing. I told him they had no room for us. He said to hold on a minute and went and checked the reservations. He said if we waited a few minutes he would make sure we got in. Sure enough he did. It was lobster night and was pretty much the best lobster we've ever had. He has such a good personality, very funny and entertaining to be with. He even danced with my wife's mother who got a kick out of him. I definitely recommend this place. Everybody loves Marco!

The Islander Grill & Tiki Bar is located in the Palm Beach Shores Resort and is privately run. It is very well managed; the food is good (they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner); the service is friendly and efficient; and they have live entertainment every night of the week. The entertainment is geared most to those who are probably about 50 and older (not that we didn't like it!) The only suggestion I would make is for the woman who greets the guest, and that is to smile. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and the tiki bar at the pool is run by them. The bartenders and the waitress are fantastic. There is also live music at the pool every day--if you're there for lunch.

We had a vegi pizza and calzone during our stay at the resort. The pizza was very much like a new York style pizza, it was quite cheesy and had an ok amount of toppings. The calzone was of good size but was different than a normal calzone. It had ricotta along with the toppings inside the dough and the sauce is served as side vs inside. Although it wasn't our favorite it was interesting to try it made a different way. We took both things to go but the atmosphere seemed lively and like everyone was having fun. Prices reasonable and worth a try.

We come to The Islander every year when we're in Florida. The food is good and the staff is friendly. They always have a special and live entertainment most nights. I really like their pizzas and soups. It's a good value and you don't have to get dressed up if you don't want to. I would recommend it for a good causal evening.

Aida is fabulous! Their calzones are the best I've ever had and I'm from the northeast area these days. Their salads are fresh. The shrimp is huge and perfectly fried. Every meal is cooked to perfection. The bar is staffed with people who know how to make a great drink. I highly recommend

Joseph the bartenders phenomenal

Ate several meals here and all were excellent! Different specials each night draw large crowds! Hostesses and wait staff wonderful. The home made dinner rolls are superb. Nightly entertainment was fabulous! They select entertainers who apoeal to all age groups! MoTown night exceptional as we as Tuesday evening when the gentleman sang just like Dean Martin and Bobby Vinton. Class acts!

Great atmosphere and entertainment!

Lobster was cooked perfectly and served "hot" with melted butter. Caesar salad dressing was delicious, and our server Lacey was very friendly and attentive always ready to replace our drinks at the right time. Live music was a plus.

What a great little place - tiki bar, tables, pool, beach - it has it all! We love visiting here and trying different foods and drinks.

During a week at Palm Shores Resort, we ate at The Islander Grill & Tiki Bar several times. Whether we ordered just drinks and a small snack or a more robust meal, we were impressed by the personable, attentive, and competent wait staff. Each server we encountered was knowledgeable about the menu items, and special requests were handled without a hitch. We were well satisfied with each item we ordered during the course of the week. The variety of music offered on different evenings added to our enjoyment, and there are both indoor and patio seating which accommodated the changing weather.

I travelled a long way to return to this restaurant while on vacation. I just love their signature entree of Coconut Encrusted Grouper. Our waitress Rebecca was exceptional and fun. I had a great meal and great experience.

The food here is excellent and well worth it. But watching people get up and dance during dinner to the music of the excellent band made the experience joyful. I had so much fun just taking it all in

My wife and I have taken 8 trips with this company and must say that they are very enjoyable. First off not having to drive and deal with traffic is a wonderful feeling, the various trips they sponser are numorous and would appeal to all .

The service and the food was good. We ordered salmon with vegetable and mahi-mahi with rice/guacamole/beans. We do not have complains about it. HOWEVER, the appetizer was terrible. We ordered shrimp w/sauce and it looked like the one that you can buy in Costco, nothing special about it. The place was clean but nothing special neither.

We came from Marriotts to eat at this restaurant. And we were not dissapointed. Lovely atmosphere, food and pleasent waiter made our evening wonderful.

Our first visit to The Islander Grill was a successful one. My wife had the Salmon and I had the Pasta Penne Filet Mignon and Shrimp. Food was hot and tasty, and showed they made it by hand. The Tiramisu was extremely tasty. Our table was served by Marco, (who can speak German, Italian, and French for those who need this) who showed his skill in customer service by recommending the plates, and ensuring we were taken care of throughout the meal. Marco was a kick...he spoke German with us and ensured our visit was perfect. The music provided on Christmas Day was appropriate for the experience and the manager / owner was there to help take care of us (and others) when all the tables were full. I suggest visitors to Palm Beach Shores / Riviera Beach visit this locale at least once (and try the breakfast selection too as it was filling and worth the price).

Me and my family came in Monday night for their prime rib and it was amazing! Our waitress Lacie was on top of everything and very accommodating and went above and beyond. Cocomo (the macaw) was icing on the cake for my daughter! Great atmosphere and great staff!

There are many nice restaurants nearby, but really the question is at what cost? Many restaurants price everything expensive like it's a date night, which is fine if it's a date night. But what happens when you have two adults and several kids? Try the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar. They have excellent food, and specials and kid's meals. We've been eating here on vacation for 20 years and have never been disappointed! If you are not staying in the Palm Beach Shores Resort, come visit or park nearby, it's really worth the effort!

They have nightly specials and live entertainment. Best way to experience Old Florida hospitality. Great for couples and well behaved children. The live Christmas tree was splendid! The holiday decorations are splendid. We enjoyed Sunday Italian night; $29.00 for two. Meat balls, sausage, chicken parm, bread and salad plus pasta, of course!

Spacious...fun decor...good food location. We were there on a Saturday...large tv monitors for sports viewing and good happy hour prices on selected beverages. The food was very good and a family environment even with a large bar.

To go to a restaurant, and be greeted by Marco with a gracious smile and amazing service is a pleasant experience. Though the restaurant may have been packed, we felt as though we were the only ones there. The food was great, atmosphere, but most of all, the fact that we had Marco taking care of us. His spirit of hosting is to be recognized as the best I have ever experienced. He makes feel as though you are on an Island, in a tropical setting and you have no worries while he is taking care of you. The time spent in his company will last a lifetime. If you able to visit The Islander Grill & Tiki Bar, while you are in the area of Palm Beach Shores, Florida ask for Marco, you will have an amazing experience!

Little pricey but the service was good

We visited The Islander Grill and Tiki Bar on December 12th and had an Amazing dining experience! The service Marco provide was Exceptional and the food was mouth watering!!! The Chef and crew were delightful! We truly enjoyed the live music performance and will definitely be back!!

Initially we wanted diner at the Grill but could not make a reservation and it was not guaranteed to be seated outside so we went for Tiki Bar casual atmosphere friendly customers and located right by the water. Valet parking at no charge ( of course a tip!!) Good selection of alcohols. Nice way to end up a busy day.

We have been coming to Singer Island for over 4 years and stay at our Marriott Vacation Club and never knew about this place. It's amazing the atmosphere makes you feel like your in the Caribbean. They have a parrot that welcomes everyone, the waiter we had we so friendly and very attentive. Our only complaint was they put the gratuity on our check, I feel like that can detour customers from giving more, we loved our waiter and of course gave a generous tip. Can't wait to go back!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful evening tonight at the Islander Grill. It was an impromptu dinner without reservation. The evening special were great and the service was par excellence. Larry Brendler provided wonderful musical and vocal entertainment and we "danced" throughout the evening.

On-site restaurant at Palm Beach Shores Resort. We ate a few dinners and one breakfast. Snapper, grouper, etc were very fresh. Nightly specials as well as nightly entertainment. Prime rib special was very good! Not fine dining but surprisingly good for an on site place. Fresh vegetables also!

Since we arrived a bit late, we decided to eat in the resorts restaurant. It turned out to be a wise decision. The service was good, though not great. However, the food more than made up for any shortage in the service. Since we were not in the mood for a heavy meal, we decided to have a salad followed by pizza. The salad was good, the freshly cooked rolls were excellent and the pizza could compete with any local pizza joint. Not only was the food excellent, but the music and singer kept us there far longer than we really wanted. Just a great experience.

Loved this restaurant. Great food and live music every night! Especially want to compliment Lacie Davis for her friendly ,caring service! Wonderful ! Was traveling alone due to my traveling partner ending up in hospital, so I appreciated Lacy and others there making me feel right at home.

Lobster, prime rib, Avocado Mahi, pizza, cheeseburgers...the restaurant food and staff were amazing! Marco, the restaurant manager should be promoted to company president! He has superb people skills, a problem solver, leader, kind and humble, he's an exemplary example of a gracious host. Eduardo stood out as a waiter, friendly, attentive to detail, he went out of his way to make sure our dining time was a pleasant experience.

Great Breakfast... and Great Price too! The service was great with servers who were friendly and fast! Food was yummy.... the French Toast.. The egg sandwich... yum... We didn't have dinner, but friends of ours did and said the Prime Rib was excellent. I enjoyed 2 different days an awesome Grilled Chicken sandwich with Pepper Jack. Yummy.... Tammy the hostess was Excellent!!! Whether staying at Palm Beach Shores or not.... worth a visit!!!

Wonderful bar, grill and restaurant. All the staff are excellent at both the restaurant and the resort it's part of. I would live there if I could! Go to this resort and restaurant if you want to truly enjoy yourself.

The day we arrived we went to this tiki bar where we were greeted by LISA as our server. After a couple of hours of good food, good drinks and laughter it was evident we would be back. Needless to say we were there either for lunch, dinner, happy hour or all three on the days Lisa was serving. She always had a smile, a fun teasing nature and we never had to ask for anything. One day we were at a table outside of the Tiki bar and it looked like it was going to rain. Without saying a word she promptly moved us to a table under the Tiki Bar and we enjoyed our meal while dry. Our friends joined us on several occasions and she never missed a beat making their experience as joyful as ours. Oh, I haven't mentioned the food!! Chicken nachos, Caprese salad and the Philly steak and chicken wraps were our favorite. Oh we bought 4 bottles of their in-house hot sauce and have already gone through 2 Honestly we didn't even care if we ate. We just enjoyed being around Lisa. In fact we have already booked our stay next Novenber and it's almost 100% because of her. You will not regret at least going there for their incredible happy hour.. We sure didn't. Love you Lisa__

Had a very good time

My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant twice this past week. There is something on the menu for everyone and the prices are quite reasonable. There are specials each evening and both the grouper and the all you can eat ribs were excellent. There is music each evening during dinner and although we thought that this might be distracting we enjoyed it very much.

Good food and service with live entertainment

Had dinner here. The food was good although my husband didn't get the side of marinara he ask for and had to ask again. My mahi mahi was very good and I shared with him as his pasta and shrimp dish only had 4 shrimp. Our server never checked back with us. We had to flag him down. There was a band which was very good.

This is in response to the 11/6/18 review by Kristen S. on The Islander. We are sorry she found the singer's voice to be painful and the food unacceptable. Had she expressed her displeasure to Marco, the manager, he would have immediately corrected whatever she found to be unacceptable. We were also there that night. We had delicious meals and really enjoyed the entertainment until the dance floor became a play area for grandchildren which prevented couples who came there to dance from getting on the floor. We were back for a delicious breakfast on Tuesday, and our server Jose (also the daytime manager), was superb. We stopped for dinner on 11/8 and had another delightful meal with fantastic service and enjoyed a different group of entertainers. We typically dine at the Islander five of the seven nights we are in town. We have never been disappointed by the quantity or quality of food or service. On 11/9, we again dined at the Islander and witnessed an absolutely wonderful wedding reception/dinner at the restaurant. Their decorations were beautiful and on target with the theme of this restaurant. Kudos to the entertainers who recognized this special night for the newlyweds, their families and friends, but also catered to the other patrons. Marco, Jose, and Larry were all present last night to ensure everything was flawless (and it was)! By the way, this restaurant's hot yeast rolls are absolutely amazing!!! You do not have to ask for the rolls as they are brought out as soon as you place your order. We had the swordfish last night which was perfectly seasoned. Dining at this restaurant is not complete without one of their scrumptious desserts (a different one for each day). Kudos to the entire restaurant team who go out of their way to ensure each person has great service, a delicious meal, and wonderful entertainment. I think that Kristen S. maybe happier dining at a fast food restaurant.

Our last two nights in West Palm Beach we brought our day's catch (fileted, of course) to the Islander Grill to be prepared for dinner. We weren't sure how we wanted it prepared, but happily we were advised by our outstanding server Lacie Davis. She recommended different preparation for different types of fish, and her recommendations were spot on, and the dinners were great! This friendly, personalized and knowledgeable service was the highlight of our evenings.

It was wonderful laying by the pool and having a server come and take your drink and/or food order. They always had a smile on their face and something nice to say.

We had l heard great things about The Islander Grill. We recently explored for ourselves, just hoping there would be some vegan options. Although the menu does not have a lot of options for plant eaters, Chef Niko was very accommodating. The pictures below are dishes that he plans to add to their permanent menu, but he made them available to us because my dinner guest was a chef. I'm very excited to see what New Creations The Islander Grill will have in the near future. The food in the dining experience were excellent in every way.

We visited on there all you can eat bbq ribs night, went back the next night for the lobster. Excellent food, great atmosphere, but most of all superb service, hats off to Marco, he made us feel at home. This is a definite must visit.

This restaurant offers many choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has specials nightly and also has a full bar. You can eat inside or out.

I went to the Islander in Singer Island with my family and had the time of my life! The food was amazing, the service splendid. Marco, the manager for the Islander will make your visit unforgettable. If you need anything or have any question just ask for Marco and everything will be taken care of. I recommend a visit anytime you find yourself near!! 10/10

I don't know why everyone complaining, they have very tasty food and great service. I liked this place a lot, people should go and have a good time in this place.

Visited during a Sunday afternoon. Had superb service and the food was great. The seafood was fresh. Plus we sat outside and enjoyed some live music. I would recommend if you are looking for some laid back fun.

The reason they have been around is the awesome staff (thank you, Marco! ), outstanding cocktails, and great food. The bartender was sooo pretty and talented at making rum runners with floaters, And the pizza and shrimp was delicious and very reasonable. We definitely will be back!

12 years ago we stumbled upon this bar. we were staying down the street. When we arrived last week we searched for it again. And found it to be the same as before. Relaxing, great atmosphere, awesome food. We found ourselves there almost everyday this vacation also. Thank you Sydney and Bailey for welcoming, friendly bartending. And those Fish tacos!!!! OMG to die for. LOL My husband loved the pzza and shrimp. Although we stayed down the street because we couldn't get a oceanfront room here, we would if we could.

I have eaten here on vacation at my resort for 5 years and have never gotten anything bad. Service is excellent, food is outstanding, it is a great value for the price.

If you want to start your day off with a good breakfast before hitting the beach or ending your day with a good dinner your in luck. They run daily specials as well and the staff is top notch. I think they still have dolphin on the menu if that is your sort of thing. The prices are very good. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Heard about this restaurant through a relative who stayed at the hotel. Decided to go for lunch. Waiter was very attentive. We ordered fish tacos, avocado tacos and dolphin sandwich. Very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. We had gone to another local restaurant in the area for dinner the night before and were happy we found The Islander Tiki Grill which for surpassed Sailfish Marina in quality and service

We took three adult daughters here while vacationing on Singer Island. What an enjoyable evening. The rolls were great - the live music (one person) was very fun (retro)- most of our dinners were just delicious. My husband did not like his steak and seafood pasta, but the rest of our party enjoyed our meals quite a bit, and they staff was very conscientious about 2 of our party with shellfish allergies. We would go again if in the area. Price-wise, 5 of us ate for $100 plus tip. Hotel is located inside a resort, and the only parking is free valet parking (tip expected).

This is a cozy little spot. We went for breakfast. There was no wait and the staff was pleasant and quick. You can sit outside or in. The restaurant sits next to the pool surrounded by palm trees. The food was good. Great portions and great prices. We will be back

What I remember most is that this restaurant is in a hotel (resort), and the live music is very good, loud and lively for a middle aged to older crowd. You can sit also outside by the pool. The food was ok-very forget-able. The service would probably be better, but the tab comes with the tip already figured in to your balance, so there is no incentive. So we had to ask for our ticket and waive down the server if we wanted something because they didn't come back. If you drink alcohol it might be more fun. Some people danced, a sexy grandma and her tike of a grandson were fun to watch dancing. We also went to Ceviche Arigato, which looks awful and shop mall-ish from the outside, but once you get inside it is atmosphere personified, and the food is very memorable including salad so pretty I took a picture of it. I would recommend Ceviche Arigato over this.

It was a good place to stop and have a drink. We didn't eat so we cant comment. We would deffinatley return.

We had coupons for a free drink and had eaten here before so we stopped in. The free drinks are limited to simple drinks made with well brands. In this case we got what we paid for! Not a factor in the rating. My wife had a club sandwich. I had pasta and an Italian Stromboli. My wife enjoyed her sandwich and I enjoyed the Stromboli. The pasta was OK. The food was good, the service was good. The prices very reasonable.

Very affordable. Always live entertainment. They run specials everyday. They will even bring you food and drinks to the beach.

Stopped in here on our last night. Had a drink sorry cannot recall the name came in a shark glass! It was very good, our glasses didn't light up so they gave us 2 more to bring home that do. Grandkids are going to love them. ordered calamari very good. A nice last night

Food quality is exceptional; cooked just as requested...served perfectly. Yum, Yummy ! Prices very good too. Also, Live Music Entertainment provided at Dinner Time was outstanding..... We really enjoyed this restaurant right there within PALM BEACH SHORES RESORT.

This must be the best restaurant food in the area. After our first meal, we elected to return for two more. Their nightly specials and live entertainment makes this a must visit; even if you only want to have drinks! Caters to all age groups. The owner (Niko) was a joy to speak with. He's personable and ensures you have a great time! Stop by to say hello to him. He'll share some very interesting stories with you.

We stayed at the resort and hit the bar the first evening. Joel was an excellent bartender who was very attentive and accommodating. He was the one of the many highlights of our stay. The food was exceptional! We went for the convenience and returned night after night for the great service, high quality food at reasonable prices. The prime rib special was amazing, tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. They have live music every night and nightly dinner specials. The surf and turf meal of 7 oz filet and lobster tail was out of this world. The veggies were crisp and buttery and the steak melts in your mouth. The Sunday Italian dinner for two was the last meal we had there we found ourselves wishing our vacation was six weeks longer! We highly recommend the Islander, and when you visit, tell Joel the tequila girls said hi!

Great little Tiki bar and grill right off the beach. The food is really good and the Staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the tropical feel and and casual flow. There is a sweet little boutique for all your beachy needs. I've met friends there several times.

Tiki bar staff was outstanding and helpful. Happy hour was alsome and great. Would go back just for the drink and not to stay their.

Great bartenders, drinks and food

We stayed at the attached resort and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant. It was awesome, the service was very good, all servers were working very hard on the busy 'Motown' night we were there. The hotdogs, yes hotdogs were awesome and the Chicken Salad Sandwich was delicious. The bar has a daily happy hour and the drinks are good and bartenders are attentive.

Good decent price food on the resort

We noticed they had an ad for a lobster special one night. The lobster was about 1 1/2 lbs and cooked very well! Would definitely recommend this place.

Very comfortable, clean, cheerful staff, tasty food

Ate prime rib at the islander for the first time. Sat in Lacie's section and had a wonderful dinner with great service. They have great lobster bisque and bread. Will be back to see Lacie and the entertainment soon.

We've been coming here on and off for the past 10 years and the quality of food, drinks and service have always been top notch! It says something when you see many of the same employees for a decade plus! We absolutely love Lisa and is one of the many reasons we like to have lunch at the tiki bar! If you want a variety of great food and drinks as well as exceptional service (and beach service) this is the place to be!

The Tiki bar was great. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel very welcomed.

This is our third time saying at PBSR and enjoying the Islander (see my separately posted review of the hotel). We love the Islander. The blackened Mahi sandwich is so delicious, my wife had one the minute the kitchen opened one day. The rest of the food is equally as good (seriously try the Bangkok style wings). Beer selection is very good, the variety was perfect for me (a craft beer person). Service is always excellent, always. Speaking of service, did I mention Lisa? She's the reason we keep coming back here. We became friends with her almost 7 years ago and we love her to death. She's also an absolute marvel to watch as she works the bar and pool area, she NEVER stops smiling, she engages every person and makes you feel like a part of her family. And I've met her family, they are just as beautiful and awesome as she is! The rest of the staff is just as wonderful, Joseph at the bar outside, the inside restaurant staff as well, and the pool staff. The combination of The Islander and the hotel make it really hard to leave the property during our stay. We might go to a nearby restaurant or 2 just for some variety but we usually spend the entire day and night just relaxing by the pool or on the beach.

Great Bartender, great Bar!

We were greeted warmly by the hostess. Our service came by within seconds to bring us water and menus. She was extremely helpful and guided us in making dinner selections. Our food didn't have much flavor and we needed to use the sauces to significantly add flavor to the fish.

Good food good drinks reasonable prices

We arrived at hotel pretty late and after checking in at 9:40 we ran to the grill before they closed at 10:00. Even though it was almost closing time they tended to us with a smile. My husband ordered the turkey club which was humongous and so tasty. I had the grilled chicken salad which was fresh and crisp. My kids both had the grill cheese with great tasting fries. Maybe because it was almost closing time but the food came out really quick. Would have eaten here again but we were only there for a few days.

Grate place for family good food

Ate dinner there 5 nights in a row. Monday night was prime rib night, gold stars and a big YUM YUM! My review for Carol and her staff for my son's 7/20/18 wedding rehearsal dinner is in the review for the Palm Beach Shores Resort. Thank you again Carol and your staff, you are all amazing. The food was decent and the breakfast was ok can't complain needed a few more options But overall it was ok The entertainment was great especially Wednesday and Saturday

Great tiki bar with friendly servers. Good food at extremely low prices for beachfront property. They fly in the lobsters for Friday and Saturday daily specials with nightly entertainment. Don't miss out if in west palm beach area.

Great Thanksgiving Buffet

We ate there several times this week during our stay at the resort. The owner and the manager are super nice. Food is good. Desserts are really good. The only thing is that they automatically add 18% Gratuity but the service is usually good so its worth it. I do want to mention that Alex was the best server we had.

Had their hot dog with broccoli and it was the best. 2 large hot dogs. I wanted to go back for more but time didn't permit me. But u should stop bby and try it.

We had a good meal and good entertainment. I would recommend this place. Beware, 18% gratuity added automatically.

Really really great service very nice people very attending

Food was very good. Pasta tasty, burger delicious as was the pizza. The small pizza is plenty large for even teenagers. However beware that smoking is permitted in the outside seating area which spoiled the first 30 mins of our visit.

We had my birthday party at the Islander on Saturday night. We had about 30 people there and Marco made sure we were well taken care. Thank you Marco and the staff for such a great birthday party. Look forward to going back there soon.

For $25.95 you can enjoy a pound and a half lobster with salad and baked potato. It is done perfectly. And, the service is good. What more could you ask for?

I took my father and sons with me to the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar. Had a great, memorable time as usual. Marco is always attentive and makes us feel like family. Don't understand how other review could have anything negative to say about him. Some people are always unhappy. The food and drinks were great. Wait staff very efficient. Recommend this place to anyone wanting a special night out. Will definitely be back!

Located in a resort hotel. Valet parking. Inside dining area overlooking the pool and tiki bar. Pleasant, soft, background music. Patio seating available. Efficient waitstaff. Clean, attractive Men's Room. Lots of seafood items on the menu. I ordered the grilled mahi mahi, which came with rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo. The fish was quite tasty and very fresh -- no fishy taste. Even the rice and beans tasted good -- not your usually bland rice and beans. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that this restaurant is situated in a resort hotel on the beach. Live entertainment seven nights a week, my waitress told me. Hard not to say this place is great!!! The restaurant not only services the restaurant but the bar and the beach. Zach, our server was great, trust me lots of back and forth, but polite and courteous...in the restaurant ask for Marco!!! Outside at the tiki hut Joseph and Lisa were on the spot on very good!!! First time time here and...if they can keep this staff..I'll be back.

Food is always good but a little high. Good entertainment most evenings.

We usually visit one or twice when in Palm Beach for our annual vacation. The daily specials are very reasonable and food on regular menu also. There has always been music in the dining room but this year it was so loud we couldn't even talk even though we were in the back away from it. Chose outside for our second visit which was better in spite of the pool noise and not as good service, may rethink going next year. Too bad we have always liked this restaurant.

The best

We spent a week at Palm Beach Shores and had intended to venture out each night and explore...but, the resort itself had so much to offer ..that we ended up happily staying on site most nights. It felt really good hanging out at the Tiki Bar - Lisa is the best...and the bar selections were really tasty. But, the Islander dining room is a real scene stealer - the evening specials are delicious....and extremely well priced too. The musical entertainment was fun too. I would recommend both spots to anyone...can't wait to return.

I really enjoyed the food there! The tuna app and the tuna wrap was amazing! My boyfriend had the fried grouper and said he loved it. The drinks are expensive, but that's to be expected when your on vacation. There is a the little hut behind us and around the tiki bar with nice big tropical birds in them ( in their own cages).

Joel, a phenomenal bartender, along with Ben, his recipe from Boston, make an award winning Espresso Martini here at the Islander! The burgers at the Tiki bar are excellent, tasty and delicious! By the way, The Palm Beach Shores Resort is a pretty nice place to stay on this island if you can get in here! Great rooms with excellent beds! A pretty nice spa, and the food and staff at the Islander restaurant are exceptional, hard working people who accommodate their guest well! Will definitely return!

Good place for a quiet lunch

The filet was perfectly done. The sauteed vegetables were delicious. They have entertainment every night. Last night was Motown. We had a great night of dancing!

We have stayed in many timeshares in the US and islands in the Caribbean. We always rent a car and seldom eat in the resort itself as the food is often not as good as the restaurants in the area. The Islander Grill and Tiki Bar was an exception. We started our stay with breakfast at the Grill and had breakfast every morning after that first day. Our waiter, Jose, was exceptional and the grill's flexibility led us to unusually good breakfasts began every day...all at a very competitive price. For the days we stayed at the resort and enjoyed the pool or the beautiful beach there, we had lunch or dinner at the Tiki Bar. Their drinks were excellent and the food, especially the Fish Tacos and Tuna Tartare were wonderful. The tacos were very large with a generous portion of fish (grouper-the most I have had) and although appetizers, ample for lunch or a lighter supper. These were surprising high points which I later found out were highly rated in several surveys that I found on line.

We enjoy having drinks and meals here while staying at the Palm Beach Garden Resort. The appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees are all very good.

We had great drinks and food on our latest visit (April 21thru 28 ). The staff is very attentive and gives prompt service. Their Fish Tacos are amazing. The entertainment is also excellent.

OMG! If you are looking for a varied menu where nothing disappoints, this is the place. The crab-stuffed yellow tail snapper was to die for, and the grilled mahi mahi had that perfect charbroiled taste. Our waitress Lacie was extremely attentive and helpful. You can't go wrong at The Islander!

We've eaten here several times over the years, the new owners are really doing a good job. Lunch is good, maybe not exceptional. But dinner was the best, had Surf & Turf one night, and Blackened Grouper in a lobster sauce another.....both excellent. Restaurant has entertainment every night. If you are staying on the island, you owe it to yourself to check this place out. Oh yes...me of the best Dirty Martinis ever!

We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at this resort. The Tiki Hut was very nice, they offered food & drink service to your pool chair and the restaurant had GREAT nighttime entertainment!

In spite of having an in-room kitchen at the Palm Beach Shores Resort, we could not pass up the restaurant and bar. The menu was very extensive and varied to appeal to most and the prices were so reasonable, especially for breakfast, lunch, and snacks! Portions were generous and often provided a second meal with leftovers! From a wonderful breakfast to peel and eat shrimp and awesome burgers....we were not disappointed. The highlight, however, was the pizza blanco-this was divine!!! Tropical drinks from the bar were fantastic and daily specials were creative and yummy! They also offered poolside and beach delivery service so we didn't have to interrupt our time in the sun! Lisa and Tammie were incredible servers (others were okay...but these two were the best!!)! Definitely worth a visit!

On vacation at the Palm Beach Shores Resort we spent a couple of nights at the Islander and were impressed with the food quality and service. We enjoyed fish tacos and also had a great pizza. Our service was top notch. Excellent and friendly. Joel waited on us one night, Bailey the other. Both knew their stuff...Bailey can even read minds and gives great hugs! This place has nightly entertainment and is a great place to spend an evening.

I have taken two tours with this company and have had great tours. The first one was the Chelsea markets and the hi li. It was well done with a great guide. I did my second tour at the culinary school and FDR at Hyde Park. Great tour. Food was great and we even got a quick look in the kitchen. The ranger at Hyde Park was very interesting and seeing the museum and our history was eye opening. Highly recommended!!!!

We enjoyed our week's stay at the Palm Beach Shores Resort, and ate several times at The Islander Tiki Bar and Grill (inside the resort). Thoroughly enjoyed the Calamari ($10.95) several times, and the most outstanding dinner was the Tuna Ponzu ($18.95) - sesame seared Ahi Tuna over roasted vegetables, topped with Cusabi and Ponzu dipping sauce, and noted at "less than 400 calories" which was a plus. MARCO is a gracious host, most entertaining, and will teach you Italian words if you inquire about his language. We had great fun with that. We were told they have excellent live music in the evenings, but did not partake in that entertainment. Overall, a great place to eat.

We happened upon The Islander on our first day at Palm Beach and walked there from our hotel every day for breakfast. Rebecca G.'s friendliness and attentiveness made every breakfast a delightful visit as well as a delicious meal! We would highly recommend The Islander. Ask for Rebecca G.

We ordered burgers and fries three days in a row for lunch while we were at the pool because they were so good. I have to say these were the juiciest burgers I've ever eaten. I kept meaning to ask them what their secret was to getting such a moist burger. We also had dinner there twice as we were staying at the resort and the food was decent. The only downside I would say is that it took quite a while to get served the evening we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs...I would say at least a half hour. Also, I didn't appreciate that the person (not the waitress) who brought our food to the table stood chatting to the person at the cash while holding our food. I did not find this very hygenic. I considered saying something but decided not to.

Even though we had a small condo at Palm Beach Shores and Resort, we ate all the time at the Islander Grill & Tiki Bar. Breakfasts and suppers were all eaten at this fabulous restaurant. The entertainment was exciting and fun to dance every night. We were there seven nights and eight days and we had an amazing week. We also had take-out food from this excellent restaurant. The pizza was out of this world so good. We will definitively go back there.

We (a group of 5) loved the service (Lacie), food, and atmosphere. My group went to the restaurant twice during our 8 day stay in Palm Beach Shores-It WAS THE ONLY RESTAURANT WE WENT TO TWICE DURING OUR STAY. The food Prime Rib and Lobster was excellent AND very reasonable. The service provided by Lacie was impeccable-Fast, courteous, friendly, funny, warm and informative (Lacie provided us with visitor information). LACIE IS AN OUTSTANDING REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS FACILITY. We returned to the Islander primarily for the extremely positive experience Lacie provided. When we were leaving after our first visit we made a reservation and WE REQUESTED LACIE AS OUR SERVER FOR THE SECOND VISIT OF OUR STAY. YOU SHOULD ALSO REQUEST HER AS YOUR SERVER.
